Had a really really nice stay for 5 nights & would return here. I had a decent sized room in this immaculately clean hotel. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, I tried casual dishes. Some of the staff members were superfriendly and pretty friendly. I visited lobby bar and tried savoury drinks.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short vacation, and I must say that I was impressed with the overall experience. The location of this place is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, next to some of the most beautiful buildings in the area. Plus, being right beside a department store was so convenient for shopping. The room itself was perfect, clean and well-stocked with everything I needed. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my requests, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Clean, convenient, good size room and bathroom
Reception staff wasn't overly friendly. I asked if there was a loblaws nearby ( I used to live in Toronto and there was one one Cumberland st. Just behind the Bay on Bloor). The receptionist didn't bother searching nor tried to answer. She just told me to speak with the conceirge. Not impressed.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding! They went above and beyond to make our 30th wedding anniversary incredibly special. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel like royalty throughout our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect. It was right on top of a subway entrance, making it very convenient to explore the city. We also loved that it was close to all the great shops in the area.
